INDC is here for you this summer
Our regular meetings resume on September 23, but with your INDC membership, our resources are always available.

Be sure to continue submitting job postings or events related to your organizations that you would like INDC members to know about, and check back throughout the summer to see updates to those portions of the website.

For Impact Funding Workshop coming in September
The Suddes Group will be conducting a 3.5-hour workshop September 16 at the Red Lion River Inn, offering tools to help your organization build its message, "think bigger," engage your board and new prospects and leverage the dynamic relationship between your impact and income.

More details and registration info can be found here, and an updated brochure will be available on the INDC website soon.

Are you interested in CFRE certification?
INDC is working to obtain accreditation to allow each meeting to count toward continuing education hours for those working toward their CFRE certification.

What is CFRE?

CFRE stands for Certified Fund Raising Executive.  The mission of CFRE is to certify "fundraising professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, skills and commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice in serving the philanthropic sector."

Working toward your CFRE certification helps improve your overall knowledge and skills as a fundraiser, and potentially improves your career opportunities in advancement.  (Read more about the Top 10 Reasons to become certified.)

Earning your CFRE certification requires, in part, a written application which includes earning education points.  This includes conferences, workshops, seminars and other types of training in which you have been involved over the last five years.

INDC accreditation with cFRE would allow you to count meetings and workshops toward that application.  We wil continue to keep our members posted about this process and progress toward accreditation.

Learn more about CFRE at www.cfre.org.

INDC membership expires in August
Remember to renew it before September 1!

An INDC membership is still only $75.  It allows one person from your organization to attend the INDC meetings (usually 5 per year), plus, it gives you access to the members-only section of our website.  And remember, you can purchase a shared membership for the same price if you would like another member of your organization to attend meetings in your place throughout the year at no additional cost.

Click here to download the 2009-10 INDC Membership Application.

If you need an invoice, please contact Bobbie League.

For all other membership-related questions, contact Vicki Egesdal (or call 509.328.2939).
