Sarbanes-Oxley and Your Charity
A preview of draft legislation that would significantly affect how we raise and give away money here at home.
The proposed legislation would affect everyone in the nonprofit sector – from board members who govern, to development directors who plan and carry out fundraising activities, to family foundations that support organizations and programs.
We would like to extend a special invitation to your organization’s executives, board members and volunteers for only $15. Lunch is provided.
